Outbound Sales Representative – US Campaign (Night Shift)

We are seeking highly motivated, fluent, and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team for an active US Outbound Sales Campaign. In this role, you will connect directly with business owners (B2B) or potential consumers (B2C) across the United States, driving leads, booking qualified appointments, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold and warm calls daily to target US prospects from provided dialer lists.
Initiate compelling pitches, build immediate rapport with American decision-makers, and navigate gatekeepers.
Effectively overcome sales objections and deliver product/service value propositions tailored to US market standards.
Qualify potential leads, record lead status, and close deals or schedule live transfers.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, conversion rates, and monthly revenue KPIs.
Strictly adhere to US calling compliance protocols (including FTC/DNC guidelines) and company scripts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral or standard American accent.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven outbound cold-calling experience on a US B2B or B2C campaign.
Shift Commitment: Full commitment to working night shifts aligned with US Standard Time (EST/PST).
Sales Aptitude: Strong objection-handling ability, active listening skills, and resilience under sales pressure.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
