Outbound Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a confident and personable outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage with companies across the US and Canada that are actively hiring. In this role, you will introduce potential clients to Darren Caddle’s services, demonstrate how we can streamline their recruitment needs, and secure signed agreements to initiate our partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, and executives at organizations with open positions.
- Utilize provided leads, including company domains and targeted contacts, to identify decision-makers.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Darren Caddle to fill roles more efficiently.
- Address questions and overcome objections with transparency and professionalism.
- Secure signed recruiting agreements from interested companies.
- Consistently follow up with leads until they reach a decision.
- Maintain detailed notes on every call and lead for tracking and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling or B2B sales; experience in recruitment or staffing sales is highly advantageous.
- Clear, fluent English communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior executives.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient mindset, able to handle rejection and persist in outreach efforts.
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work during standard business hours in the US and Canada.

This is a commission-only position with no base salary, offering unlimited earning potential. Compensation includes $50 for every signed recruiting agreement and $2,000 for each client hire resulting from your efforts. For example, signing 20 contracts and closing 3 hires in a month could yield $7,000 in earnings.
