We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our outlet team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting customer inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent service and product recommendations. Your ability to engage with customers across various communication channels and consistently meet sales targets will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert walk-in, telephonic, and WhatsApp inquiries into viable sales leads.
- Recommend appropriate products tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until the sale is successfully closed.
- Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets for the outlet.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- Proven background in retail or outlet sales, preferably within the building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in preparing quotations and maintaining customer records.
