Outreach Associate

KarMuqabla is dedicated to making quality learning more accessible through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and communication-focused Outreach Associate to support our school partnerships and ensure the effective implementation of our educational platform. This role involves close collaboration with schools to facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, helping to create a seamless experience for educators and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
- School Coordination & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with partner schools, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely responses and actions to support smooth operations.
- School Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new schools, coordinating all necessary steps to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation of our platform.
- Training & Support: Organize and conduct training sessions for teachers and school representatives to enable effective use of the educational technology.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records, prepare progress reports, and monitor school engagement and implementation milestones to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Progress Monitoring: Track school activity levels, identify gaps in engagement, and coordinate follow-ups to address challenges and ensure continued participation.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports, maintain records, and handle various administrative responsibilities.
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset to anticipate challenges and drive successful outcomes.
