Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing community engagement initiatives to increase awareness of SJ Legal Services and its offerings. This includes developing outreach strategies, organizing and attending events, and building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups. The role requires managing communications with prospective clients and partners, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information about the firm’s services to ensure a positive experience for individuals seeking legal guidance.

Additionally, the Outreach Coordinator will conduct basic research to understand community needs, support training and information sessions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align outreach activities with the firm’s mission and strategic goals. The position is full-time and based onsite in Lahore.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and provide empathetic support. Experience in community outreach and training is essential to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that raise awareness and build trust. Solid research skills are needed to assess community needs, map relevant networks, and support data-driven outreach strategies.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are required to coordinate events, campaigns, and multiple stakeholder interactions efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with both legal and administrative teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience in outreach, non-profit organizations, legal services, or community engagement is preferred. Familiarity with basic legal concepts is considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, law, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
