Outreach SDR

Arithmiks is seeking a proactive and target-driven Outreach Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing startup. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential international clients and initiating contact through cold emails and LinkedIn outreach. You will work independently, taking full ownership of the outreach process to book qualified meetings for the company’s founders. This position requires a focus on delivering real business results rather than simply completing daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients internationally using tools such as emails, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Clay, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Build targeted prospect lists and enrich contact data, including decision-makers and verified business emails.
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, and effectively pitch our services.
- Understand initial client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings with the founders.
- Take ownership of outreach targets, monitor performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to increase the number of qualified meetings.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in outbound sales, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Proven track record targeting international B2B clients, preferably within the US, UK, or European markets.
- Practical experience using lead-generation and data-enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hunter.io.
- Strong written English skills with the ability to craft personalized, professional, and engaging outreach emails.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with international clients and understanding their initial needs.
- A target-oriented mindset focused on securing qualified meetings, generating positive responses, and creating business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize outreach campaigns.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to experiment and learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information
- Monthly pay up to Rs 80,000.
- This is an in-person role based currently at Faisal Town, with plans to relocate to DHA Rahbar within six months. Candidates should consider their ability to commute to the new location.
