Outsystems Developer II

BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Outsystems Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead key Outsystems projects that directly impact our clients' success. Your expertise in the Outsystems platform will be essential in guiding junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative applications that generate significant business value. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Manage the software development lifecycle effectively, ensuring smooth progression from design through deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards to maintain code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Outsystems platform advancements and industry trends to incorporate new technologies.
- Lead project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with a focus on Outsystems.
- At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
