Job Description

  • Manage front office operations providing support to customers/visitors.  Answer questions of the customers and guiding the visitors
  • Handling incoming/outgoing phone calls.  Answer incoming telephone calls with a friendly, professional greeting and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly and direct calls to internal office based on the caller’s request.  Answering general questions from callers
  • Receive, sort and stamp incoming mail, couriers/parcels and enter all the incoming mail in the Mail Register
  • Updating the details of CEOs and CFOs list of member companies
  • Also assist in making phone calls to confirm attendance and asking them to send Proxy Forms etc
  • Any other secretarial / relevant work assigned by the management
