A well reputed Call center “OverStep Bpo” located in Rawalpindi, looking for CLOSER'S to join our team for its US campaigns” Final expense”. Must have an At least 6 months and above experience in call center industry. Good English and communication skills and ability to work in Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
• Managing calls.
• Generating Sales leads
• Assessing and identifying customers need and satisfaction.
• Use of valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
• Follow communication procedures, policies and guidelines.
Skills Requirements:
• Experience FINAL EXPENSE CLOSER's.
• Ability of international call handling.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-tasking.
• Time management.
Qualification:
• High school.
• Graduates.
• Master.

Working Hours:
• 6pm -4am. (10 hours).
• Full time.
• Monday – Friday.
