Gathering and refining requirements from the stakeholders/departments as Backlog items
Contribute to idea screening and creation of products road map
Analyzing process workflows to identify potential areas for automation and drafting business rules to identify and fill the gaps in the existing system
Designing user interfaces and screen mockups using wire-framing tools like Balsamiqetc
Organizing meetings to hand over requirements to the system architects and developers
Assisting the QA team with smoke-testing of the system
Creating system documentation, User Manuals and Release Notes
Developing and arranging workshops, demos and trainings for relevant stakeholders
Documenting features over companies wikis and maintaining versioning over MS SharePoint

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills
Good Analytical skills
Excellent problem solving skills is required

Note: Shift timings are from 08:00 pm to 05:00 am
