• Working as a third party between a travel agent and the traveler.
  • Review and forward travel request form to the travel agent making it error free first.
  • Send initial itineraries back to traveler, if ok then get final approval from respective VP’s if not ok to the traveler send preference to the travel agent and follow the same step until approved by the traveler.
  • A specific format is designed to get the approval, all costs and details for the travel are mentioned in that format and also being maintained at the backend in MS Excel sheet.
  • Once approved by VP send it to travel agent and get the final itinerary.
  • Final itinerary will be forwarded to the traveler as a Calendar Invite.
  • All expenses incurred are maintained in records as department is answerable to all the travel related expenses.
  • Handling corporate accounts for few airlines and car rentals.
  • Verify all charges on company’s credit card on monthly basis.

Note: Job timings are from 08:00 pm to 05:00 am
