This role involves developing impactful content strategies, producing high-quality articles, blog posts, and web content that improve search engine rankings and attract target audiences. The Content Writer will lead a team of 10 individuals, overseeing the quality and consistency of all content deliverables while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and web development teams to ensure our messaging is effective and on brand. The Content Writer is responsible for researching industry trends, performing keyword analysis, and applying SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. In addition to writing and editing content, the role requires strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor the content team, facilitating professional growth while driving productivity. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with strategic thinking to craft compelling narratives that support the companys objectives and engage our diverse audience across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
Produce well-researched, original, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
Manage a team of 10 content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maintain high-quality output.
Collaborate with web developers and marketing professionals to ensure content complements design and enhances user experience.
Conduct keyword research and apply search engine optimization techniques to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze content performance metrics to inform adjustments and improvements in content strategy.
Stay current with industry trends, SEO advancements, and best practices to continually refine content quality and effectiveness.
Facilitate regular team meetings to align on objectives, brainstorm ideas, and monitor project progress.
Train and mentor junior writers to enhance their skills and promote professional development within the team.
