The Owner role at Ferozsons Laboratories Limited is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Islamabad. This role is pivotal in providing strategic direction and oversight across all business operations. The incumbent will be responsible for setting long-term organizational goals, guiding the executive team, and making critical decisions related to product portfolios, partnerships, regulatory compliance, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, shaping long-term goals and business strategies.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and risk management to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead high-level meetings and review operational reports to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, key clients, research partners, and global collaborators.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or a closely related industry, with a track record of strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, investment analysis, risk assessment, and corporate governance.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and ethical standards relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-level relationships with diverse stakeholders such as investors, regulatory authorities, key clients, and international partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience mentoring senior leadership teams.
- Educational background in science, medicine, pharmacy, business administration, or related fields; advanced degrees such as MBA, MD, PhD, or PharmD are highly desirable.
- Experience managing or overseeing multi-location and multi-functional operations, including research and development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
