The Owner role at Symmetry Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi Division. This leadership position is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with market opportunities. The Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future by guiding innovation, managing key relationships, and overseeing overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategic goals of the company.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Lead senior teams by setting clear objectives, promoting accountability, and encouraging a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Make high-level operational decisions that impact the company’s direction and market positioning.
- Represent Symmetry Group at industry events, high-impact meetings, and stakeholder engagements to enhance the company’s reputation and influence within the digital technology sector.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a digital technology, marketing, or innovation-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in business strategy, financial management, and growth planning within competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build high-performance organizational cultures.
- Experience in designing or managing digital products, platforms, or integrated services tailored for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and investors.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, manage risks effectively, and navigate complex, fast-paced business environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field; substantial entrepreneurial experience may be considered as an alternative.
- Familiarity with the Karachi Division business ecosystem and regional market dynamics is highly advantageous.
