Key Responsibilities
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Lahore District, responsible for providing strategic direction across the Group’s diverse businesses. This includes setting the long-term vision and priorities while ensuring alignment with the organization’s core values, sustainability goals, and growth objectives. The Owner oversees executive leadership teams, reviews performance metrics and financial results, and evaluates major investments and new business opportunities. They guide portfolio strategy across packaging, consumer brands, and allied sectors, representing the Group in key stakeholder engagements such as board meetings, regulatory interactions, and relationships with key clients and partners. Additionally, the role involves active oversight of risk management, corporate governance, succession planning, and the development of a strong leadership pipeline. Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess extensive experience in senior leadership or ownership roles within large, diversified business groups, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, consumer products, or financial services. Advanced financial acumen is required, including expertise in budgeting, capital allocation, risk management, and the ability to interpret complex financial and operational performance data.
