Star Automation, a prominent automation engineering firm in Pakistan, is seeking an Owner to lead its operations from Lahore. Renowned for technical excellence and competitive pricing, the company specializes in Industrial, Factory, and Building Automation, along with customized software solutions. The Owner will be responsible for steering the company’s overall business strategy, managing daily operations, and driving growth while ensuring alignment with both technical and commercial goals. This role demands active involvement in client relationship management, project oversight, and contract review, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage key client relationships and lead negotiations for major projects in industrial, factory, and building automation sectors.
- Guide senior teams by setting clear performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Approve budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and investment decisions.
- Drive business development initiatives and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
- Participate actively in technical, commercial, and operational discussions on-site in Lahore.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product and service delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in industrial, factory, or building automation, including a solid understanding of automation engineering principles and project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated business management expertise, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Educational background in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Ability to solve complex problems, make informed decisions, and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and engage directly with technical and commercial teams.
