The Owner at Hexicle will be responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This full-time, on-site position based in Multan requires overseeing project pipelines, managing client relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams across AI, software development, and design disciplines. The Owner will play a key role in driving new business development, shaping service offerings, and ensuring high standards of delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day duties include setting priorities, making critical business decisions, coordinating with technical and creative staff, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an active presence in the local business ecosystem through meetings, partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of company strategy, aligning AI, automation, and product initiatives with client needs and market trends.
- Manage project pipelines and ensure timely delivery of customized AI, automation, and software solutions.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams including AI specialists, software engineers, and designers.
- Drive new business development efforts and expand Hexicle’s market presence.
- Shape and evolve service offerings to meet the needs of startups and growing businesses.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth.
- Represent Hexicle in local business communities, partnerships, and networking events.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in business ownership, senior management, or leadership roles with a track record of setting vision, strategy, and operational priorities.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, large language model (LLM) integrations, and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier, or the ability to quickly learn and oversee these technologies.
- Knowledge of custom web and mobile development processes, including collaboration with engineering and design teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, sales automation, and building scalable service offerings tailored to founders, startups, and growing companies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital product experiences to make informed decisions on design and user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, monitor financial metrics, and make informed business decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Multan and actively engage with the local business ecosystem.
