Key Responsibilities
The Owner at Hexicle will be responsible for leading the overall company strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Multan involves managing project pipelines and client relationships, while guiding cross-functional teams across AI, software development, and design disciplines. The Owner will drive new business development efforts, shape and expand service offerings, and uphold high standards of delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include setting strategic priorities, making critical business decisions, coordinating with technical and creative teams, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, the Owner will maintain a strong presence within the local business ecosystem by representing Hexicle in meetings, partnerships, and community engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business ownership, leadership, or senior management, with the ability to define vision, strategy, and operational priorities.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, large language model (LLM) integrations, and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier, or the aptitude to quickly learn and oversee these technologies.
- Knowledge of custom web and mobile development processes, including effective collaboration with engineering and design teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, sales automation, and building scalable service offerings targeted at founders, startups, and growing businesses.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital product experiences to make informed decisions on design direction and user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively engage clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and make data-driven business decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Multan and actively participate in the local business community.
