Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents in the hostel. 
  • Supervise daily activities and maintain discipline within the hostel. 
  • Address and resolve concerns or issues raised by residents promptly. 
  • Monitor and enforce hostel rules and regulations. 
  • Coordinate and participate in hostel events and activities. 
  • Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

  • Collaborate with hostel management and staff to enhance overall hostel experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum matriculation/intermediate degree 
  • Previous experience in hostel management or a related role is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies effectively. 
  • Knowledge of hostel regulations and safety protocols. 
  • Proactive attitude and a genuine concern for the well-being of residents.
