About the role
The position is of a Teacher Trainer, which primarily involves delivering in-person and online training and orientation workshops to teachers on pedagogies and techniques for the effective use of Oxford books. The role also includes planning and executing professional development strategies for achieving promotional objectives and sales targets, analyzing and exploring current market trends and competitors' product base, providing the sales team with product knowledge and support with customer relationship management. The PD coordinator will be required to liaise with freelance teacher trainers for the efficient and timely delivery of teacher training workshops.
