We are looking for a talented individual just like you to join us as "Customer Service Representative - CSR" in our Voice and Non-Voice/Avatar team on the live transfers program. We'll provide you with excellent training & all required resources and support to quickly learn the job & become an expert within no time.

Role Summary:

Customer Service Representative is the core position of any call center company in this telemarketing industry. You will be responsible for engaging with a good amount of customers over the phone and persuading their interests. However, this engagement will be voice and non-voice. You will be provided with excellent resources and training to learn the job easily and polish your skillset. You should perform your role professionally and in a disciplined manner to rapidly succeed as a Customer Service Representative.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Get yourself trained with the software/tools and have good attention to detail, script delivery, product knowledge, etc.
  • Use software controls to communicate and pitch the pre-recorded sales script positively to a good amount of customers on regular basis.
  • Use the learned tips to engage customers, persuade their interest and qualify them according to client needs.
  • Verify & keep note of all details provided by customers and submit them to the company’s database.
  • Assure the call quality parameters are kept in place. Attend training sessions to continuously improve your skillset and performance.
  • Remain consistent with your performance & generate maximum transfers for the verification team.
  • Maintain good relationships with your team inside & outside, and demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
  • To become a good Customer Service Representative, you must love talking to new people & building positive conversations.

  • Minimum Intermediate Education is required.
  • Good listening and customer engagement skills.
  • Good understanding and English language comprehension.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.

  • Solid time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
