You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the sulfuric acid market segment. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in chemical sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sulfuric acid industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the sulfuric acid segment.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to track performance and inform decision-making.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and enhance brand visibility.
  9. Stay informed about developments in the sulfuric acid industry, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market dynamics.
  10. Mentor and coach sales team members to develop their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in chemical sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sulfuric acid sales or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sulfuric acid applications, production processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and support sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
