We are looking for a "Sales Manager" from the FMCG industry to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies:
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales objectives and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and implement sales plans, including setting sales targets and quotas.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Set clear sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their progress.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork and individual success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to assess performance and address challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
- Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and meet customer needs.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to assist in product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop sales budgets and pricing strategies.
- Continuously expand knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance skills and stay informed.
