1. Work with the sales team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
  2. Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to PackTech’s management and clients.
  3. Guide, train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets.
  4. Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
  5. Provide regular feedback to Head of Department about marketplace and competitor activity
  6. Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
  7. Apply Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off. 
  8. Undertake regular project reviews with all the involved departments in the engraving processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
  9. Work closely with the client service, operations and follow up on every step till the completion of job.
  10. Work with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns to support sales strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
