- Work with the sales team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
- Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to PackTech’s management and clients.
- Guide, train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets.
- Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
- Provide regular feedback to Head of Department about marketplace and competitor activity
- Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
- Apply Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
- Undertake regular project reviews with all the involved departments in the engraving processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
- Work closely with the client service, operations and follow up on every step till the completion of job.
- Work with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns to support sales strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
