Night shift only: 8 pm to 5 am USA based call center!
As an outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing outgoing calls, chats, and emails, as well as generating sales inquiries through various channels such as incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every inquiry is catered to properly and to work under the supervision of the sales manager/supervisor to convert these inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming chats, emails, and calls efficiently
- Generate sales inquiries through multiple channels
- Work closely with the sales manager/supervisor to convert inquiries into sales
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team to provide timely price quotations
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other files.
- Coordinate with the design team to implement artwork changes requested by customers
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
