Packaging B2B Sales Representative – Night Shift

Vormand Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join its expanding night shift sales team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging customers through meaningful conversations that lead to conversions. Working primarily during night hours, you will play a key role in driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Stay well-informed about current product offerings and features to effectively guide customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that fosters trust and encourages repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company’s CRM system.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools is advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during the night shift hours of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
