Packaging CSR (US & UK Campaigns)

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our growing digital e-commerce agency. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, conducting structured sales conversations, and consistently closing deals to convert prospects into active projects. You will work closely with the line manager and follow established CRM workflows to ensure effective tracking and management of sales opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, with evening and night shifts aligned to US and UK market hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries daily.
- Conduct structured and effective sales conversations.
- Consistently close sales, converting inquiries into active projects.
- Follow proven CRM workflows to track and manage prospects efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager to meet sales targets and improve processes.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or call center environments.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong closing ability with a track record of converting leads into sales.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Coachability and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, paid in PKR.
- Top performers regularly earn over PKR 100,000 per month.
- Opportunity for career growth within the company, with promotions to Team Lead and Sales Manager roles as the agency expands.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM (US time) or 2 PM to 11 PM (UK time).
- This is an in-person role located at Jamat Khana Street, 16-E, Davis Road, Lahore.
