We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team and assist with managing HR and administrative activities.

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and will work closely 
  • Manager to provide support and guidance to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of payroll and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR database Support the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail and correspondence, and organizing company events.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree require.
  • Strong command in Excel.
  • Knowledge in ERP software.
