We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, mainly related to printing and packaging services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, orders, quotations, and services.
Provide detailed information on printing and packaging solutions, materials, and product options.
Assist customers with placing orders, understanding artwork and production processes, and tracking shipments.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Design, and Production to fulfill customer requirements.
Educate customers about company services, turnaround times, and policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of basic printing and packaging terms will be a strong advantage.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
