Packaging Expert (Sales-USA)

OXO Packaging Solutions, founded in 2017, is seeking experienced sales professionals with a background in packaging and client-facing sales for the USA and Australian markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships within the USA and Australia packaging markets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience specifically related to packaging products in international markets.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse markets.
- Ability to work during specified time zones: USA shift from 8 PM to 5 AM and Australia shift from 4 AM to 1 PM.
- Willingness to work on-site in Garden Town, adhering to a five-day workweek.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
