Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program focused on enhancing professional English communication and client interaction skills.
- Develop calling techniques and relationship-building abilities essential for outreach and client engagement.
- Demonstrate workplace professionalism, confidence, and adaptability in a night shift environment (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Complete assessments at the end of the training period to qualify for hiring and transition into the outreach department.
- Maintain consistent performance during the probation period following hiring to secure a long-term career opportunity.

Required Qualifications
- Graduates, undergraduate students, or candidates with O/A Level qualifications.
- Excellent command of English communication, both verbal and written.
