The Packer position is a full-time, on-site role focused on preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup. The primary responsibility is to ensure that items are carefully packed, properly labeled, and protected during transit. This involves verifying products against order lists, selecting suitable packaging materials, sealing parcels securely, and organizing packed items in designated areas for dispatch. The role requires close attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines to maintain the quality and accuracy of each order.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately check products against order forms or invoices to confirm correct items are packed.
- Select and use appropriate packaging materials to protect items, including fragile or heavy goods.
- Seal, tag, and label parcels clearly to ensure proper identification and handling.
- Organize packed orders efficiently in storage or dispatch zones to facilitate smooth delivery or pickup.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe packing station throughout the workday.
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery personnel to support seamless online order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety and handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure personal safety.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed packing instructions and verify items accurately against documentation.
- Basic knowledge of safe handling and storage practices, including the correct use of packaging materials.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift or move cartons and parcels efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Basic communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
- Dependability and punctuality, with a customer-focused approach to supporting order fulfillment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and understand order lists and simple documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
