PACS Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in managing and supporting PACS and related imaging systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems, while closely monitoring their performance and uptime. This role requires a hands-on approach to system management, documentation, and compliance within a healthcare environment. The position is full-time, with a rotational shift schedule, and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and support PACS and associated imaging systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance metrics including storage capacity, backups, and overall system uptime.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in managing PACS or similar healthcare imaging systems.
