Pact is seeking a skilled Electrician Industrial Technician with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment, including transformers, motor controls, and panels such as HT/LT, DBs, MCC, and PCC. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of electrical safety standards, fault finding, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance within factory environments such as textile, pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing sectors. The technician effectively reads and interprets electrical drawings and single-line diagrams to execute precise electrical tasks. The Electrician Industrial Technician performs preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration, contributing to reducing downtime and enhancing system reliability. This position works independently without team management responsibilities but requires strong attention to detail and adherence to industrial safety protocols. Valid references and demonstrated ability to work in rigorous industrial environments are essential prerequisites. The technician also ensures proper handling of earthing systems and panel maintenance while following stringent electrical safety practices throughout industrial processes.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, transformers, and industrial equipment in compliance with electrical safety standards.

Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting in electrical systems including HT/LT panels, DBs, MCC, and PCC panels to minimize operational downtime.

Perform preventive maintenance activities such as testing, calibration, and inspection of electrical components and systems.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents to plan and execute electrical work accurately.

Ensure proper installation and maintenance of earthing systems and cable terminations that comply with safety regulations.

Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and compliance checks for audit and reference purposes.

Monitor and service motor controls, drives, and related equipment to optimize electrical performance and extend lifespan.

Adhere strictly to industrial electrical safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate electrical maintenance and repairs without affecting production schedules.

Validate and ensure the quality of electrical system installations, upgrades, and modifications according to company standards and industry best practices.
