Paid Ads Specialist – E-Book Sales & Leads

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Book Performance Marketing Specialist with over three years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and scale our US-focused digital e-book campaigns. This role is based in Karachi and offers a hybrid/remote working arrangement. While remote work is allowed, candidates must reside in Karachi and be available to attend in-person strategy and performance meetings at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office as needed. The specialist will have full ownership of the performance marketing ecosystem, including managing Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram pages, ad accounts, and website/landing page conversion funnels to drive high-volume e-book sales and generate qualified leads from the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) targeting the US audience exclusively.
- Direct E-Book Sales & Lead Generation: Consistently deliver measurable e-book purchases and verified leads while maintaining a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Digital Assets & Funnel Management: Independently manage social media pages, Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, and website/landing page funnels to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Craft persuasive, high-converting English ad copies, headlines, and hooks tailored to American consumer psychology.
- Technical Tracking & Setup: Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), domain verification, custom audiences, and retargeting funnels to ensure accurate data capture and audience targeting.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test new ad creatives, landing pages, target demographics, and copy hooks to maximize ad spend efficiency and campaign performance.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS on a daily basis and actively participate in strategy meetings when required.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing profitable Meta Ads campaigns targeting the US or North American markets.
- Niche Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling e-books, digital downloads, info-products, or direct-response lead generation campaigns, supported by case studies or proof of results.
- Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Karachi and be willing to visit the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office when requested.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, including CAPI integration, custom event setup, and audience scaling techniques.
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to independently manage websites, landing pages, ad accounts, and social media messaging without supervision.
- English Proficiency: Strong written English skills, particularly in direct-response copywriting aimed at US consumers.
