This position requires the individual with high level of energy and excellent
- Communication skills along with proficiency in Outlook and MS office applications.
- Having fluency in both written and spoken English is also must.
- You must have good knowledge of all Import Incoterms.
- Must have negotiation skills for rates with international agents.
- Manage, control, check or assist with issuing of all import documents.
- Prepare the invoices for customer for all Air and Sea shipments.
- Have strong grip on calculation of Import rates both Air and Sea.
- Coordinate with foreign agents on all Import Shipments.
- Good understanding of tracking AWB’s and vessel schedule.
