• Partner with respective HRBPs to understand learning needs, conduct training need analysis and advocate improving individual performance through trainings, coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Liaison with HRBPs to develop long range developmental plans after conducting developmental need analysis to improve business performance and enable execution of departmental objectives.
  • Develop Leadership Development Plan by focusing on high potential resources and identifying linchpin positions to ensure smooth internal transitions in top management positions.
  • Reinforce continuous learning culture by initiating different means of knowledge sharing and self‑learning across the organization.
  • Promote personal development of employees by engaging them to volunteer in CSR activities.
  • Analysis and compilation of various learning reports to reflect training and development trends and achievements.
  • Explore online/e‑learning options to promote learning culture across the organization.
  • Training program should be finalized after ensuring best value of investment will be secured.
  • Be up to date about sound resource persons and respective training bodies in the market to ensure deliverance of quality training to employees.
  • Actively utilize Resource Club members to cater to executive level transactional training needs.
  • Bring onboard external trainers for customized sessions mainly for transformational trainings.
  • Lead and ensure timely launch of company magazine issues as per agreed timelines.
  • Responsible for smooth execution of all trainings: analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating of each session.
  • Study areas of improvement identified by HODs in annual performance reviews and plan each employee’s training plan accordingly.
  • Responsible for branding signature developmental and training efforts across the organization.
  • Actively participate in HR summits and networking activities in order to stay abreast current trends
