- Daily Production Supervision: Lead and manage daily assembly line operations to achieve production targets and meet delivery schedules.
- Team Training & Management: Onboard and provide ongoing training to new workers, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and troubleshoot production bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with Moulding, Purchase, Store, Contractors, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely material availability and dispatch readiness.
- Quality Control: Review daily defect reports, lead investigations into quality issues, and spearhead initiatives for continuous quality improvement.
- Product Trials & Standards: Oversee product development trials and collaborate with the Quality Team to finalize part standards and specifications.
- Systems & Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records within the Oddo system and ensure timely clearance of Manufacturing Orders.
- Performance Meetings: Conduct daily Operational Excellence Communication (OEC) meetings to review line performance and address any issues proactively.
- Safety & Culture: Foster a disciplined, safe, and continuous improvement-oriented work culture on the shop floor.
