Job Responsibilities:
Production Planning
- Ability to execute and manage production plans within time constraints.
Knowledge of Plastic Materials
- In-depth understanding of various plastic materials such as ABS, Nylon, CO-PP, Polystyrene, etc.
Injection Moulding Expertise
- Proficient in mould installation and setting accurate injection moulding parameters.
- Experience with advanced computerized machines.
Mechanical and Hydraulic Knowledge
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical issues related to injection moulding machines.
Labor and Workforce Management
- Ability to manage and resolve workforce/labor-related issues.
Energy Management
- Expertise in energy management to prevent energy losses during production.
Quality Control
- Skill in monitoring product quality and ensuring products meet specifications and standards.
- Ability to take corrective actions when defects are identified.
Process Improvement
- Ability to evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
- Focus on minimizing energy consumption.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and maintenance.
- Ability to provide detailed reports to management.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, including machine malfunctions, process discrepancies, and quality concerns.

- Computer literacy.
