Store Keeper

Pak Gum & Chemical is seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee all activities related to inventory, stock control, and warehouse operations. This position requires someone who can efficiently handle material storage and movement, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. The Store Keeper will also coordinate supply chain processes to support smooth and timely distribution of materials. In this role, the Store Keeper will lead a team of two individuals, providing guidance and supervision to ensure that all inventory and stock handling tasks are executed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations and possess strong skills in using inventory and stock management software. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation are critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of two store personnel, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Manage all inventory and stock control functions, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse.
Use inventory management and stock management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory data and identify discrepancies.
Ensure all material handling activities comply with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to facilitate smooth material flow and timely replenishment of stock.
Maintain organized and clean storage areas to optimize space utilization and ease of access.
Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation regarding stock movements, deliveries, and inventory status.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement best practices for inventory control.
Handle the receipt and inspection of incoming goods to verify quality, quantity, and correct labeling.
Support the implementation of safety features and protocols within inventory management software and physical warehouse operations.
Train and mentor team members on safe handling procedures, stock management techniques, and software utilization.
Respond promptly to inventory-related inquiries and issues, providing solutions and reporting significant concerns to management.
