Key Responsibilities

Internal Security Supervisor
- Oversee security personnel and daily security operations within the store.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft or loss.
- Maintain security logs and promptly report any incidents.

Admin Officer – Field Work
- Conduct field visits and manage related administrative duties.
- Coordinate effectively with different branches and store management.
- Keep accurate records and prepare detailed field reports.

Cashier
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and issue receipts to customers.
- Maintain precise cash records and provide excellent customer service.

Supervisor
- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff activities.
- Ensure discipline among team members and oversee task completion.
- Monitor store cleanliness and report any operational issues.

Warehouse Incharge
- Supervise warehouse activities including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock flow with branches.

Assistant Section Incharge
- Support daily operations within the assigned store section.
- Monitor product availability, shelf displays, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment and staff coordination.

Section Incharge
- Take full responsibility for managing and organizing the assigned section.
- Monitor stock levels, product displays, and check expiry dates regularly.
- Ensure correct pricing, maintain cleanliness, and present the section attractively.
- Communicate stock requirements and other relevant information to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate; relevant educational background is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or grocery store operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and good organizational capabilities.
- Candidates must be honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
- Ability to efficiently manage daily duties and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
