Export Documentation Officer

Pak Safety Tex is seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer with at least five years of experience to support our export operations. The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and managing all necessary export documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies. This role does not include team management responsibilities but requires close coordination with shipping and logistics teams to facilitate timely and smooth export processes. The Export Documentation Officer plays a vital role in coordinating export shipments and managing documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain clear and accurate records. The chosen candidate will ensure that all export documents meet legal and regulatory requirements, helping Pak Safety Tex maintain compliance and smooth cross-border trade operations.
Responsibilities

Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate with shipping departments and freight forwarders to schedule and track export shipments.
Manage and review Bills of Lading to ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations.
Maintain organized records of all export documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure export documentation complies with relevant international laws, trade regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth export clearance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in export documentation promptly.
Support export process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks of shipment delays.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to confirm export details and timelines.
Monitor compliance with export controls and sanctions to safeguard company interests.
