Pak Shaheen Group is seeking a skilled Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a professional who is CA/ACCA qualified with at least one year of relevant experience. The Resource will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, preparing financial statements in alignment with IFRS, and supporting strategic decision-making through thorough financial analysis. The position requires managing a team, emphasising leadership and team collaboration skills to meet departmental goals. The Finance Manager takes ownership of the complete financial cycle from reporting to compliance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying financial risks and opportunities while ensuring the local and overseas business operations comply with all financial regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to management.


Responsibilities
  • Strong Knowledge of banking & Tax Compliance for local/International transactions and remittance.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory financial standards and internal policies to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions and records.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries, tax filings, and liaising with tax authorities, FBR/SRB etc. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in financial reporting and recommend efficient methods to senior management. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.
  • Support corporate governance and ensure ethical financial management practices throughout the organisation & Support Sr. Management with the financial insights fro decision-making.
