Sales & Operations Executive (Korangi)

Pak Supplies is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Executive for its Korangi, Karachi office. The role involves cold calling potential customers, following up with new and existing clients, generating orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The selected candidate will also support daily operations by processing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate customer and sales records in MS Excel, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Strong communication, customer-handling, organization, and follow-up skills are essential. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply. The selected candidate should be available to join immediately or within one week.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
Initiate cold calls to potential customers to present products and services effectively.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients to build trust and rapport.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat orders.
Manage customer records and sales data accurately using MS Excel and other record-keeping tools.
Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies that improve sales performance.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team for analysis and planning.
Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices at all times.
