PAKTameer is looking for customer support executive staff. Experienced candidates with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat.
  • Identify customers' needs and help the customers use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. 
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:  Must have Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Experience:  01 year minimum

Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast pace environment
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Customer support skills.
