You will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules and handle confidential information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with senior management, staff, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate CEO’s travel plans including visas, flights or accommodations.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
  • Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Age: Maximum 30 Years
  • Education: University Graduate
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Gender: Females only
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
