- Pak Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges require services of Intern Admin for Rawalpindi Campus
- We are looking for Intern admin who must perform following duties.
- Arranging and organizing student’s admission campaigns (e.g. collaborating with head office for student admission issues)
- Communicating with the left students, visitors, and parents.
- First responsible person related admissions.
- Keeping complete record for student’s admission
- Working as student affairs
- Developing strategy for admission cycle (e.g., during research about competitors related to quality, vision, strength, fee, etc)
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting of admission
- Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and run organising programs within or outside school
- Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public bodies.
- Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g., building renovations, new guidelines for students)
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update student databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential school documents
- Answer queries by employees, students and visitors
- Supervise school activities as per policies and procedure provided by authorities
- Maintain school calendar and schedule appointments and events
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations if needed
- Schedule in-house and external events to increase student strength
- Maintain all records related to employee personal files e.g., Provident documents, insurance documents, RFID card copies etc.
- Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
