Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the institution's strategic plan to achieve long-term educational goals and operational excellence.

Implement policies and ensure strict compliance with educational regulations and institutional standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support school initiatives and foster mutual trust.
Conduct regular performance monitoring and evaluation of academic programs and staff effectiveness to guide improvement efforts.
Lead change management processes aimed at enhancing educational quality, operational efficiency, and innovation within the school.
Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring continuous institutional improvement.
Promote adaptability by responding proactively to educational trends, policy changes, and community needs.
