PURPOSE:

The Vice-Principal will be the head of the concern section and within a campus and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the section under the direct supervision of the Campus Principal

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • To uphold the educational policies and integrate the common core government / provincial authorities’ guidelines into each class curriculum.
  • To create benchmarks for students and teachers to track progress towards those goals.
  • To develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better.
  • Meet teachers and students every week to inspect the requirements for improvement.
  • To inspect students’ performances through random class visits, teachers teaching methodologies.
  • To follow up with the curriculum guidelines provided by the government / provincial authorities.
  • To establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with the campus director and ensure that guidelines are adhered to.
  • To handle emergencies and school crises and ensure a safe and clean environment for students, staff, and visitor (i.e., implementing hygiene rules)
  • To develop an annual plan under the supervision of the campus director.
  • To provide leadership for the implementation of standard operating procedures and policies set by the head office.
  • To take a minimum 12-hour class in a week.
  • To collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to generate better options and suggestions with respect to providing the best education facilities for students.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to students in their academic goals.
  • Oversee budgeting and grant proposals, and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff, and equipment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Post qualification teaching and Professional/ administrative experience 5-7 Years at SSC & HSSC FBISE Level, in a Reputed Education System  (knowledge of SLO's System will be preferred.
  • Master/M.Phil -  Leadership Qualities, Determination, Confidence, Strong decision-making abilities, Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
