Pakeza Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least six years of professional experience to join our creative team. This role involves working on diverse visual projects including brand identity, digital illustration, and logo creation. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, logos, and digital illustrations that align with company goals.
- Lead and manage a team of five graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and communications to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions.
- Maintain and enhance the brand identity through consistent design elements across all media channels.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to create, edit, and refine graphic assets for print and digital platforms.
- Review and approve designs produced by team members, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, implementing best practices in all projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Ensure all designs comply with company brand guidelines and legal requirements.
